Challenge
Enterprise logistics coordinators struggled with fragmented fulfillment dashboards, manual carrier dispatches, and delayed order status synchronization across multiple warehouse nodes, resulting in missed delivery SLAs and operational tracking bottlenecks.

Lack of real-time visibility into order fulfillment pipelines, return workflows, and carrier performance created costly fulfillment delays and high customer support ticket volumes.
Solution
Architected and developed a comprehensive Order Management System (OMS) back-office control suite featuring Fulfiller Master, Orders, Returns, Cancellation, and Carrier Master modules. Integrated interactive drag-and-drop operational workflows, Redux predictable state management with asynchronous Redux-Thunk middleware, and high-density graphical visualizations.
Architecture
Next.js and React frontend with Redux-Thunk state management, PrimeReact DataTable with multi-column sorting and filtering, Recharts for real-time KPI visualization, accessible drag-and-drop operational canvas, and RESTful Java/SQL microservices communication layer.
Implementation
Engineered modular fulfillment and carrier management interfaces with custom data-grid components, built end-to-end status tracking for order cancellations and returns, and optimized asynchronous data-fetching layers with robust error handling and optimistic UI updates.
